Retired Police Officer Sam Omala Joins Private Security,Mukula Speaks Out

The Vice Chairperson of NRM Eastern Uganda Capt Mike Mukula says it’s bad to leave retired security officers dormant because they can be easily attempted into wrong things to cause insecurity in the country.

Today Capt Mike Mukula,s Arrow Security Systems Limited has named the Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sam Omala, as their new Deputy CEO in charge of operations and tasked him to use his experience to keep peace and property of Ugandans.

Capt Mike Mukula, who is the Chairperson of Arrow Security Systems Limited while unveiling Afande omala at the company offices in Luzira said that many security officers retire when they can still do productive work for so they need to be fixed in different fields of their capability in order to put food on the table rather than leaving them dormant and to be tempted to do something bad.

Mukulu adds that they have decided to employ Afande omala because of his experience in security and his going to help junior officers be exposed to different tactics of keeping peace as well as discipline to acts of Gun killings by security officers in the country.

Meanwhile Afade Omala has applauded the management of Arrow security systems limited for their efforts to support police in keeping law and order in the country and has vowed to use his experience in security to help Arrow strengthen its system of keeping security in Uganda hence peace.
